According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods for a similar one within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, if the purchased goods did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons, and if the product appearance, labels and the invoice document issued by the seller together with the goods are preserved. More detailed information is provided in the warranty card that comes with the order.
