WARRANTY OBLIGATION AND TERMS
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" - a warranty is provided for all products on our site. We will repair your product free of charge or replace it with a new one if it breaks due to a defect or manufacturing defect.
Warranty periods are set by categories:
Household appliances - 12 months
Small household appliances - 6 months
Kitchen appliances - 12 months
Care of things and clothing - 6 months
Computer equipment - 6 months
Commercial and household scales - 6 months

The buyer is considered to have violated the warranty terms if:
- the serial number on the tool is missing, illegible, changed or does not correspond to the tool;
- in case of improper storage or transportation, external and internal damage caused by operation, or malfunctions that occurred as a result of overloading the tool during its operation;
- the tool, intended for household use, was operated for commercial (professional) purposes;
- the guarantee seals were broken;
- the tool was repaired or structurally modified by unauthorized persons or organizations.
